This is a very complex medium-robust oil with slightly more ripe fruit flavors than green fruit flavors. The aroma is very floral like dried roses, tropical fruit, predominately bananas, and herbs. It displays a perfect balance of fruitiness, modest bitterness, medium pungency, and excellent freshness.
