Bruschetta Recipe (Basil EVOO & Sherry Vinegar)

2 C          Tomatoes (diced)

¼ C         Basil (sliced)

½ C         Feta Cheese (fresh mozzarella is traditional)

2 T          Red Onion (minced)

1 T         Bruschetta Seasoning Mix

2-3 T      Olive Destination Basil Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1-2 T      Olive Destination Sherry Vinegar

S+P        to taste

 

Mix all ingredients together and let macerate (soften with liquid) for about 30 minutes for better flavor

Season to taste
