Tahitian Vanilla Balsamic

Sultry, fragrant Tahitian vanilla beans are married with our aged balsamic condiment.  The resulting collaboration is intoxicating as it is exotic.  Notes:  Try with fresh strawberries or drizzled over warm brownie.  Pair with our Fused Blood Orange EVOO.

 

Black Currant Balsamic

Balsamic condiment is naturally flavored with floral, sweet, black currant in this rich, unique balsamic condimento

 

Traditional Balsamic

Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy is produced in the Traditional Style.  It is aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels.  With a 4% acidity, our Four Leaf Quality Equivalent Condimento is exceedingly rich, complex and dense.  It pairs beautifully with any EVOO in our collection for vinaigrettes, glazes and marinades.  Also try drizzled over ice cream with fresh fruits and berries.

 

Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic

Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of coconut.  It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Persian Lime EVOO.

 

Champagne Dark Balsamic

Our champagne-dark balsamic vinegar is complex and rich.  It owes its depth of flavor to Solera aged dark balsamic vinegar from Modena which is blended with sparkling white French Champagne vinegar.  With an acidity of 6%, it adds a delightfully tart kick to many applications such as vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces.

 

Dark Espresso Balsamic

This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee.  It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken.  Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of gelato scoops covered with coffee.

 

Tangerine Balsamic

This flavored Balsamic Vinegar is made with whole fruit tangerine essence added.  The tart, versatile flavor makes this a customer favorite.

 

Strawberry Balsamic

Both sour and tart, our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar is the result of adding natural essence of strawberry to our balsamic.  Use as a vinegar, or try as a condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medley’s or super premium vanilla ice cream.

 

Raspberry Balsamic

This thick, rich perfectly balance Balsamic Vinegar oozes with the natural flavor of fresh, ripe raspberries.  Both sweet and tart, its perfect tossed with mixed salad greens and a little feta cheese.  Also enjoy paired with one of our flavored oils or as a marinade or glaze for pork or chicken.

 

Pomegranate Balsamic

The intense sweet-tart flavor of the pomegranate is a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb and duck.  It makes an exciting dressing whisked with your favorite oil, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts and feta cheese.  It adds depth to pan sauces, braised meats or compotes.  Drizzle over poached fruits and ice cream for an elegant and easy dessert.

 

Blueberry Balsamic

Our luscious blueberry balsamic vinegar is just as amazing over garden salad as it is over fruit salad.  When paired with delicate extra virgin olive oil such as Arbequina, the intense blueberry flavor will shine.  Our blueberry vinegar is also fantastic with our orange and lemon olive oils.

 

Black Mission Fig Balsamic

Made with natural ingredients, our aged fig balsamic vinegar from Modena is thick and ripe, bursting with fig flavor.  It’s one of our most favorite balsamic’s.

 

Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic

This delightful vinegar is spicy and warm, perfect drizzled over fresh fruit or as a dessert topping.  Notes:  It has the unique taste of d’anjou pear and it matches well with many of our sweeter, fruity oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing.

 

Dark Chocolate Balsamic

This dark chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is rich, thick and resounds with the complexity of three different chocolates responsible for the depths of its flavor.  Drizzle over vanilla gelato, mix with fresh berries or add zing to your chicken mole sauce.

 

Aged Pure Maple Balsamic Balsamic

We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of it’s kind, and Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously good. Think pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, fruit, and on, and on. It pairs insanely well with our organic butter extra virgin olive oil, California toasted almond oil, French Walnut oil, blood orange fused (agrumato) olive oil & an one of the superlative unflavored extra virgin olive oils in our collection.

 

Black Cherry Balsamic

Rich and sweet Black Cherry concentrate and other natural flavorings are combined with aged Balsamic Vinegar to produce a sweet, fragrant and very rich tasting product that garnered rave reviews from our gourmet customers.  Enjoy on salads that feature cheeses like feta or blue, or over orange and onion Sicilian salad.

 

Juniper Berry Balsamic

Sweet, pleasantly herbal and with just the right bite, our Juniper Berry Balsamic is a seasonal flavor which beckons in the holidays with the distinctive flavor of juniper berries. Try this balsamic with wild game, as a duck glaze or with gin in cocktails!

 

Red Apple Balsamic 

This balsamic has an enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor, fruitier than most balsamic vinegars. It's a wonderful way of adding aroma and taste to compliment any dish. It adds a refreshing lift to salads, sauces, chutney's and vegetables. It is amazing drizzled on pork, chicken or fish. Mix equally with our French Roasted Walnut Oil and shake well for a knockout vinaigrette dressing.
