Jalapeno EVOO

This great jalapeno oil is made from premium California olives harvested at just the right time to assure maximum flavor with minimum defects.  The olives are crushed  with jalapenos and results in an unfiltered oil containing no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Use on eggs, pasta or in marinades.

 

Cayenne Pepper EVOO

Made with fresh Cayenne peppers picked red and hot, crushed with fresh certified organic early harvest chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused cayenne pepper oil is hot but its also complex with flavor of fresh peppers. Its lovely color is indicative of the extreme amount of whole, fesh pepper we picked and crushed with the olives. Use as a condiment to kick up you potatoes, roasted vegetables, in marinades and dipping sauces. Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Serrano Honey Vinegar, Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Honey Ginger White Balsamic and Tangerine Dark Balsamic.

 

Baklouti Green Chili EVOO

This wonderful fused oil is from the Barbary Coast of North Africa. The Tunisian Baklouti Pepper is rare and unique to this region. This is the only example of this Artisan fruity and mildly spicy green chili olive oil in the world. The oil is made by crushing this rare pepper with an organic extra virgin olive oil. Baklouti adds a new and surprising dimension to salsa of all stripes. Country of Origin: Tunisia 

 

Bergamot EVOO

Made with fresh Bergamot citrus fruit picked at its peak and crushed with fresh, certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This wonderfully floral fused citrus oil is absolutely spectacular when paired with seafood, particularly shellfish such as scallops and shrimp. It's marvelous in dressings and has incredible affinity with greens such as arugula and sauteed vegetables. Also try as a marinade for fish and poultry or in baked goods such as tea cake. Pairs well with Pomegranate-Quince White Balsamic, Grapefruit White Balsamic, and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic.

 

Mandarin EVOO

Made with fresh Mandarin citrus fruit picked at its peak and crushed with fresh, certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused citrus oil is redolent with intense flavor of fresh Mandarin zest. Use it in baked goods such as tea cakes, dressings and marinades. Its particularly delicious with poultry and pairs well with Serrano-Honey Vinegar, Black Cherry Balsamic, Strawberry Balsamic, Blueberry Dark Balsamic and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic.

 

Red Grapefruit EVOO

Made with fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit citrus fruit, picked at its peak and crushed with fresh certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. Use it with poultry or seafood, as well as in dressings and marinades. It pairs well with Serrano-Honey Vinegar, Black Cherry Balsamic, Strawberry Dark Balsamic, Blueberry Dark Balsamic, and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic.

 

Oregano EVOO

Our California Extra Virgin Oregano Olive Oil is milled exactly the same way as our premium EVOO's, except fresh oregano is crushed together with the olives. The result is a fresh, unfiltered, premium oil with no additives or preservatives that has a natural oregano flavor. Try it on eggs or with your favorite pasta recipe or marinade for a delicious and unique taste. Eccellente!

 

Rosemary EVOO

Our delicious fused rosemary olive oil starts with premium olives picked at just the right time to assure maximum flavor and minimum defects. The olives are crushed with fresh rosemary and results in an unfiltered oil containing no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Use on fish, pork, chicken, salads, bread, etc. Country of Origin: USA

 

  Basil EVOO

 Fresh, green and herbal. Basil and olive oil are two integral ingredients in Mediterranean cooking and it was just obvious to us that the two would be wonderful together. Notes: Try it on a summer salad or caprice and let your taste buds travel to the shores of the Mediterranean 

 

Harissa EVOO

 Most popular in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is made with chili peppers (often smoked), garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin, which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to develop its flavors. We’ve added more peppers to this by popular demand, making it our hottest infused EVOO 

 

Garlic EVOO

 Our Garlic Olive Oil actually gives off the flavor of pungent, fresh garlic. Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything. 

 

Cilantro & Roasted Onion EVOO

 Made with the perfectly blended flavors of roasted, sweet Cippolini onions and cilantro. Wonderful with sautéed vegetables, great as a marinade for meat, fish and poultry. Pairs well with our Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar Condimento. 

 

Wild Mushroom and Sage Infused EVOO

 Delicious combination of fresh herbaceous sage paired with an array of savory wild mushrooms. The result is a sumptuous, savory experience. Try drizzled over cream of mushroom soup, on risotto, stuffing and aioli. Notes: It makes inspired vinaigrette when paired with our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar. Lets this oil take your vegetables to a whole new level 

 

Butter EVOO

 This creamy extra virgin olive oil is naturally infused with the rich flavor of butter. Use this golden, vegetarian, dairy free olive oil as a butter substitute in baking or anywhere you might use melted butter including: over hot popcorn, with seafood i.e. crab or shrimp, to dip bread in, over pasta, mashed potatoes, rice or in baking. 

 

Tuscan Herb EVOO

 A delicious blend of herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic infused olive oil. Use it on everything from salad dressing to marinades. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and a few twists of freshly ground pepper for an irresistible bread dipper. 

 

Herbs de Provence EVOO

 With top notes of savory, thyme and bay leaf, our all natural Herbs de Provence extra virgin olive oil is a show stopper when drizzled over grilled chicken, rubbed in turkey before roasting, for bread dipping, in aioli. 

 

Milanese Gremolata EVOO

 Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley & a hint of mint. The herbs and citrus zest are typically crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. Try finishing your fish with this exciting flavor combination. It is also traditionally served with Osso Buco, veal & other slow braised dishes to add a zip of flavor. We also recommend our Gremolata for marinating poultry, in dressings, and paired beautifully with our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Condimento, Jalapeno White Balsamic Condimento, or Traditional Style Condimento. 

 

Persian Lime EVOO 

Zesty Persian lime is married with extra virgin olive oil for an unbelievable fresh, fragrant burst of citrus. This flavored oil will take your recipe to the next flavor dimension. Fantastic with fish, poultry, marinades, dressings. Great when paired with our Blackberry-Ginger balsamic vinegar. 

 

Blood Orange EVOO

 As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful (agrumato) or combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. Our Whole fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, salads and much more. Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar for lively, tart vinaigrette.

 

 Eureka Lemon EVOO

 Our Eureka Lemon olive oil is produced by pressed whole, fresh lemons together with late harvest olives at the time of crush. Its light, refreshing flavor is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Citrus oil is great on salads, in marinades and for baking. Pairs amazingly with the dark Blueberry, dark Raspberry or white Jalapeno balsamic condimentos.

 

 Chipotle EVOO

 

 The smoky flavor of this chili-infused oil is great for marinating steaks and brushing on grilled chicken or seafood. Drizzle over vegetables or pizza for a spicy meal. Excellent dipping oil for artisan breads, finishing oil for soups, pasta or grain dishes, and a wonderful base for dressings and marinades. Try pairing with our Blood Orange Olive Oil!
