Easy/Fast Pizza Crust

EASY/FAST PIZZA CRUST 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 2/3 cup milk 6 TBS Olive Destination EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) varietal or infused for example Herb de Provence  Preheat oven to 425’ In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until the dough begins to form a ball and pull away From the sides of the bowl. Knead dough by hand, while still in bowl, until smooth. (do NOT skip the knead part!) Then form a ball. Press dough into an oiled baking sheet or pizza pan using your fingertips leaving a thicker edge To hold fillings in. ( I just rolled out the dough right on my pizza stone) add your favorite toppings, sauces etc. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown. I used the cilantro/onion olive oil….. wonderful flavored crust !! I prefer a VERY thin crust, so next time I would use half the dough for “my” Pizza, but this dough makes enough to have several mini or 2 fairly large pizza crusts depending of course on how thick you like it. The flavored EVOO and the Galena spices (Romano cheese, garlic jalapeno, Italian seasoning)from Olive Destination will add great flavor and variety to this recipe ! Submitted by Deanna Johnson.
