A-Premium Balsamic

Made with White Trebbiano Grape must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not caramelized. The result is crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any E. V. O. O., as well as with our flavored oils.

Cara Cara Orange-Vanilla Balsamic

This all natural confectionery white balsamic condimento is made from authentic white balsamic aged up to 12 years in Modena, Italy. Creamy, sultry, pure Madagascar Vanilla and the bright citrus of Cara Cara Oranges combine to delight the senses. Pair with fine chocolate, drizzle over fruit salad, in sparkling water, mixed drinks or over yogurt and vanilla ice cream. It pairs well with the fruity notes typically found in Ultra Premium Koroneiki EVOO and is also blended with our Organic All Natural Butter Olive Oil. Use this healthy combination over oatmeal, cooked whole grain cereal, pancakes or in salads.

Coconut Balsamic

Our Coconut White Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine with our Persian Lime, Onion & Cilantro Olive Oils or Toasted Sesame Oil

Cranberry – Pear Balsamic

This White Balsamic is clean, crisp and very tart and boasts a lovely deep, rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry, with gelatin for delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink!

Aged Grapefruit Balsamic

Our grapefruit white balsamic sparkles with crisp, clean citrus flavor. It has a perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness. Try with fennel. It makes a show- stopping white balsamic grapefruit granite.

Honey – Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Honey and ginger plays well together and bring a gentle, spicy heat which balances perfectly with the moderate, natural acidity of our white balsamic vinegar. This condiment is superlative when paired with our Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil and positively shines with our Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil! Mix an amazing marinade with the vinegar, toasted sesame oil, our Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and soy sauce.

Thai Lemongrass – Mint Balsamic

Our Thai Lemon Grass-Mint White Balsamic Condimento is tart, crisp, clean and absolutely delicious. The natural flavors of Thai lemon grass and mint cooperate beautifully and make a dazzling base for marinades, dressings.

Mango Balsamic

The Alfoos Mango is one of the most sought after fruits in the world from India. We've paired it with our crisp, white balsamic aged 12 years, with the floral notes of this fruit. Use for dressing, vinaigrette, salsa, ceviche, glaze, reduction sauces, marinade, fruit salad, chicken, shrimp, pork or grilling. Pairs well with Arbequina, Picual, Persian Lime and Harissa EVOO's.

Aged Peach Balsamic

 Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic does undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized therefore it retains its white color. The result is crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our flavored oils to make light, tart vinaigrette.

Pomegranate-Quince Balsamic

This all natural, ruby jewel-toned white balsamic owes its tart, crisp flavor to juicy California Grenada Pomegranates and Floral Winter Quince. It's made from authentic white balsamic condimento, aged for up to 12 years in Modena, Italy. It pairs beautifully with our Blood Orange Agrumato Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil and fruitier EVOO's such as Hojiblanca and Picual. Use in dressings, marinades, as a glaze for chicken or pork over fresh fruit or paired with a salty aged cheese

Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

Playfully tart and pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic has a perfectly balance acidity and a crisp, lemon flavor and aroma. Fabulous with seafood, in dressings or in mixed drinks. Pairs well with Roasted Sesame oil for a fantastic salad dressing or marinade!

 

 

Wine and Honey Vinegars (not Balsamics)

Sherry Reserva Vinegar

From special premium grapes comes this sweet and flavorful Sherry Wine Vinegar.  Complex and unique, this aromatic vinegar is assertive and surprisingly smooth.  When paired with our nutty oils, this vinegar makes a delicious dressing for salads or vegetables.  It can be used with chicken, pork, game or turkey. 

Red Wine Vinegar

With an acidity of 6%, our Organic Red Wine Vinegar is blended from the finest Italian red wines, Lambrusco and Trebbiano, both of which are made from the highest quality grape varieties grown in Italy. It's then aged slowly for more than ten years in white Italian oak barrels, without added sulfites, producing full-bodied vinegar with exceptional flavor. The wine is converted to vinegar using a slow, natural fermentation. The finished product is a premium, natural, barrel-aged vinegar with a robust flavor.

Artisnal Honey Vinegar

Our 2008 Sofi ™ Silver award-winning artisan Honey Vinegar is a sweet, tart and made from 100% honey.  This vinegar is delicious and distinct and adds a mellow flavor to salads, pan sauces for roasted meats, seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes.  Can be used I place of traditional grape-based vinegar.  Sulfite-free!

Artisanal Serrano Honey Vinegar

Our 2008 Sofi ™ Silver award-winning artisan Serrano Honey Vinegar is a sweet, tart and made from 100% honey.  Amazingly complex, makes a great addition to salsa, Ceviche, Bloody Mary’s & Shrimp.  Delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese.  Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta and rice salads.  Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert.  Can be used in place of traditional grape-based vinegar.  Sulfite-free!
