Updated Class Schedule for 2014 through June

Many of you have already taken our cooking class and some have taken multiple classes and know that each is different based on the Chef and various menu and wine selections. Let us know of any dishes you might like to suggest one of our Chefs to prepare for a class. We have two classes left for the first half of 2014, one on Wednesday May 14th and one on Wednesday June 18th. All classes start promptly at 6:30 PM and cost $15 per person. Spicy Jalapeno-Chipotle Lime Coleslaw

Spicy Jalapeno-Chipotle Lime Coleslaw 1 medium head of cabbage shredded 1 recipe for Chipotle-Lime Aioli (See previous post) 1 large jalapeno, seeded, de-ribbed and finely minced 1 bell pepper, seeded, de-ribbed and finely minced 1/3 cup finely shredded red onion 1 tablespoon lime juice Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
