Certified organic, early harvest Arbosana olives are picked and crushed within 3 -4 hours to create this lovely, delicate, creamy extra virgin olive oil with notes of green almond and artichoke. Well balanced and approachable, this complex organic harvest is particularly delicate on the front with a strong peppery finish. This is a Spanish cultivar, harvested in Chile.
