Greek Sage

Made with fresh wild sage crushed with early harvest, fresh picked Greek olives.This oil has captured the best qualities of sage without the woodsy,resinous and almost chemical like tasting of a cheap essential oil would typically have.Perfect with poultry, pork or lamb.  Spectacular drizzled over sauteed vegetables or roasted potatoes.  Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon and Key Lime  white balsamics as well as the Pomegranate dark balsamic.
