Garlic Organic

Our Garlic Olive Oil is made by adding organically grown garlic into the olive crushing process (Called Agrumato or fused) to produce the finest garlic oil available anywhere. It actually gives off the flavor of pungent, fresh garlic and can be used as a garlic replacement in many dishes. Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything.
