New Class Schedule
Our class schedule is now finalized for the next few months. The first class will be Thursday Feb 25th, Tues Mar 15th, Thur April 21st and Thursday May 19th. As always, classes are $15 per person and start promptly at 6:30 and last approximately 1 1/2 hours. One of our chefs will prepare two or three entree type items that everyone will get to taste along with a complimentary wine tasting. Baklouti Green Chili Cheddar Cheese Cornbead
Warm, spicy, ever so cheesy, and savory, this cornbread is delicious by itself of accompanied by a steamy bowl of soup.
