2014 Class Schedule 1st Qtr
Our class schedule for the first quarter of 2014 will be alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in Mid January. Thursday classes will start Jan 16th and continue Feb 13th and Mar 13th.Tuesday classes will be Jan 28, Feb 25 and Mar 25th. Each class will consist of some basic information explaining exactly what an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is and how authentic Balsamic Vinegars are made. There will be a Chef at each class preparing 3 or 4 dishes and explaining how to incorporate EVOO’s and Balsamic Vinegars into your healthy everyday meal preparation. Wine tastings with a local sommelier are also a part of each class, so grab a friend and sign up for a night of fun, good tastes and a little wine.
