Our California Roasted Almond Oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered with an amazingly delicate nose and deep roasted flavor. This oil is great for sautéing, drizzling, baking, and dipping and as vinaigrette. Pair with our Raspberry Balsamic or Lemon White Balsamic condimento for amazing vinaigrette.

Ahuacatlan (Ah Wa Cote Lawn), which derives its name from the ancient Aztecs, means "The Land of the Avocado." It is a superior cooking oil which offers one of the highest smoke point (520 degrees) of all oils. Not only superior for high heat cooking but wonderful for baking, in salads and marinades. With its tropical climate, volcanic rich soil and mother natures abundant rainfall the avocados become rich in monounsaturated fat (the good fats). Because of this high fat content you can taste the difference in the avocado oil from this region, Michoacan, Mexico.

This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A ‘tea method’ is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in its’ production. Fantastic in cream based soups, risotto or mashed potatoes.

Our Italian grape seed oil is clean and light with no aftertaste. Used for its high heat stability, our grape seed oil has good durability as well as a smoke point of 460 degrees. Suitable for marinades, deep-frying, baking and salad purposes. The oil has a neutral flavor.

Italian Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil is round and smooth and will add that warm woodsy depth to steaks, pasta and of course, risotto. Try when cooking eggs or drizzled on grilled chops. This classically Italian oil enhances all mushroom dishes and can also be used directly in place of fresh porcini mushrooms.

The oil has a deep mahogany color with a taste reminiscent of sesame and savory, umami with a silky finish. Our expeller pressed safflower oil is certified to be GMO free. This oil is processed by mechanical crushing which avoids the exposure to Hexane gas that some other oils are exposed to. Our safflower oil has a smoke point of 460 degrees and contains 4.6 mg (23% MDA) of Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol).
Our Japanese dark toasted sesame from oil is roasted slow and low, and then pressed in small batches. It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth feel. One of the most flavorful and fragrant oils in the world!

Made in Italy in an artisan fashion without the use of any extracts, this olive oil is smooth, while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavor. Makes a great finishing oil for many Mediterranean dishes, in mashed potatoes or try it drizzled on popcorn. It also makes an amazing aioli. A little goes a long way so use sparingly.
