Italian Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 TBS Olive Destination 100% Virgin Coconut Oil
2TBS Olive Destination Organic Butter Flavored Olive Oil
6 thin Lemon Slices
Olive Destination Italian Seasoning
1 LB Fresh Shrimp Rinsed and Patted Dry
Preparation:
Coat bottom of pan with Coconut OIl and Butter Oil
Spread thin lemon slices on top of oil and lay shrimp on top of lemon slices
Season with Italian Seasoning to taste
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 15 or 20 minutes
