Sautéed Kale with Olive Destination Butternut squash seed oil
Sea Salt.
Pick Kale stems out, then chop Kale into 1/2" pieces.
Lightly Sautée Kale in oil for 30-60 seconds over low heat.
Great healthy snack
Serve while still warm.
