Chipotle-Lime Aioli
I like to refer to this as the "money sauce", a smokey, spicy, garlicky aioli, made from Olive Destination Chipotle infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). This this would make a shoe taste good if applied. Chipotle-Lime Aioli Ingredients 1 cup Olive Destination Chipotle Olive Oil 2 large egg yolks at room temperature** 2 garlic cloves, smashed 2 teaspoons sea salt 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice In the bowl of a food processor or blender jar, add the egg yolks, salt, garlic and lime juice. Mango Papaya Salsa Recipe
Mango-Papaya Salsa Recipe Ingredients: 1 mango--peeled, seeded, diced 1 papaya--peeled, seeded, diced 1 large red bell pepper--seeded and diced 1 avocado--peeled, pitted, and diced ½ sweet onion--peeled and diced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon Olive Dewstination Roasted Onion & Cilantro Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Olive Destination 18 year aged balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the fresh ingredients. Season with salt and pepper (to taste), then cover bowl and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Persian Lime Aioli
Persian Lime Aioli 2 fresh garlic cloves 1 tsp. sea salt 1 large egg yolk 1 Tbs. fresh squeezed lime juice ½ cup natural oil such as safflower or grape seed oil ½ cup Olive Destination Persian Lime flavored extra virgin olive oil Place the garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor filled with a metal blade or blender. Pulse for a few seconds. Add the egg-yolk and lime juice. With the motor running, slowly add the safflower oil in a thin stream. Taste and finish with more salt if necessary.
