Raw Chocolate Coconut Oil Pudding
Raw Chocolate Pudding 2 avocados, peeled and scooped 1 ripe banana, peeled 1/4 cup raw honey 3 tablespoons Olive Destination 100% virgin coconut oil in liquid form 1/3 cup raw cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or Olive Destination Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Combine ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until everything is combined. Updated Class Schedule for 2014 through June
Many of you have already taken our cooking class and some have taken multiple classes and know that each is different based on the Chef and various menu and wine selections. Let us know of any dishes you might like to suggest one of our Chefs to prepare for a class. We have two classes left for the first half of 2014, one on Wednesday May 14th and one on Wednesday June 18th. All classes start promptly at 6:30 PM and cost $15 per person.
