It's one of my absolute favorite soups to enjoy on a chilly winter day. Our class schedule for the first quarter of 2014 will be alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in Mid January. Thursday classes will start Jan 16th and continue Feb 13th and Mar 13th.Tuesday classes will be Jan 28, Feb 25 and Mar 25th.
